Anti-Aging Must Haves

The BASICS for an Anti-Aging Regimen should include:

✨Sunscreen - non-negotiable, every morning

✨ Retinol/Retinoid - start a couple times a week & increase as tolerated

✨ Chemical exfoliant - just 1-3 times a week, look for something with lactic, glycolic, and/or mandelic acid

✨ Moisturizer - every night & in the morning if needed

* Remember, it’s less about the BRANDS of the products you are using & more about the ingredients in the products and how you are using them.
